Bo Dul is a partner at Coppersmith Brockelman PLC and co-leads the Elections and Public Law Practice. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, she spent nearly seven years in state government, most recently as General Counsel in the Arizona Governor’s Office and, before that, as the State Elections Director and General Counsel in the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office. Before her public service, Bo was a partner in the Political Law Group at Perkins Coie LLP. Inspired by her family’s own experience as refugees from Cambodia, she has maintained robust involvement in immigrant and refugee rights work. She was one of the original founders of the Phoenix Legal Action Network in the aftermath of the 2016 election and served as its first Board Chair. Bo is a proud alumnus of Arizona State University, where she received a B.A. in Political Science, B.S. in Economics, and B.A. in Spanish. She received her Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and Master's in Public Affairs from Princeton University.
