We kept families together

After 13 years of fighting, in March 2024 our client, Sonia was granted permanent residence.

We are honored to have been part of Sonia and her daughter's remarkable journey of resilience, courage, and triumph and we remain in awe of Sonia's unwavering spirit and determination to overcome obstacles and embrace the opportunities that lie ahead.

We passed the mic

Through storytelling and art events, we cultivated a space where immigrants can share authentic portrayals of their lives.

Like our client Elsa, an immigrant mother and local organizer. She participated in our storytelling workshops and shared her powerful journey with us at our show in the fall.

We believe it's crucial to share stories like Elsa's because it fosters understanding of people’s personal experiences, leading to policies that center humanity over hate.

We worked alongside our community

We worked in solidarity with Poder in Action and Trans Queer Pueblo to expand our impact together through community legal clinics and through a new collective.
